Are there appointments on Saturdays?

Yes, we do offer appointments on Saturdays. However, please note that Saturday appointments require advance booking. Last-minute bookings for Saturdays are not available. This policy allows us to better manage the number of appointments and ensure efficient scheduling of our services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

How long are the sessions?

Our sessions typically last for 30 minutes, providing ample time for a comprehensive assessment and treatment. However, in cases requiring more detailed attention or for complex conditions, sessions may be slightly longer to ensure thorough care and attention to your needs. Rest assured, we tailor each session to address your specific concerns and provide the highest quality of care possible.

How should I prepare for my first appointment?

For first-time bookings, please plan to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. Bring any relevant medical records and a list of current medications. Additionally, we recommend removing any nail polish or nail art prior to the appointment, especially if the issue that needs to be treated is related to the nails or nearby the nail. This will allow for a more thorough examination and treatment.

Should I bring anything with me?

It’s helpful to bring comfortable shoes to wear after certain treatments.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
