For those wishing to utilize their medical aid to cover their treatment costs, we provide a detailed claim statement via email within 3 to 5 working days after your consultation. This statement includes all the necessary medical aid codes for reimbursement. Simply submit the statement to your medical aid provider via email or through your medical aid mobile app for reimbursement.

Most of our treatments are covered by medical aid. However, coverage may vary depending on the specific medical aid plan you are enrolled in, potentially resulting in a shortfall of payment. In such cases, the member will be responsible for any payment shortfalls. The good news is that we can provide you with a detailed quotation before your appointment. You can also inquire with your medical aid provider to determine the extent of your coverage. This ensures transparency and allows you to make informed decisions regarding your treatment options.
